For everyone that is skeptical about eating zucchini pasta, you won't even know you're not eating pasta!

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 red bell pepper chopped
4 medium zucchini
1/2 pound peeled and deveined medium raw shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lemons juiced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1Cut the zucchini into long pasta using a spiral vegetable slicer and set aside.
2Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.
3Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic and and the chopped red bell pepper cook until tender about 3-4 minutes. Add zucchini noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender. Do not over cooked the noodles they should be a little crunchy.
4Remove from heat and let sit for another 2-3 minutes.
5Remove the noodles and drain excess liquid.
6Clean the pan and heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the pan on medium-high heat.
7Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
8Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink about about 4-5 minutes.
9While the shrimp are cooking mix the ingredients for the sauce.
10Add the zucchini and green pepper back to the pan and pour in the sauce.
11Cook until heated through about 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
